FEMA Programmatic Support and
Grant Management
PMC Inc. provides comprehensive hazard mitigation support in post‑disaster environments, delivering expert training, field damage assessment, and robust data management services. We offer substantial damage software training, hands‑on damage assessment and field training, and RSDE/SDE data entry and database management to ensure accurate, auditable records. Our grant services include HMGP and PDM application writing, coordination of FEMA 404 and 406 mitigation programs, and end‑to‑end grant management to help jurisdictions secure and administer federal mitigation funding. We also deliver extensive benefit‑cost analysis (BCA) support for large infrastructure projects and critical medical facilities, and have supported projects ranging from small communities to large, multi‑disciplinary efforts. During the Hurricane Sandy recovery in 2013, PMC, Inc. contributed mitigation services across New York City, including comprehensive support for NYU Langone Medical Center and Staten Island University Hospital – North Campus, and provided BCA support for over $1.2 billion in infrastructure projects to harden city facilities against future Sandy‑like events.
